Random from Kefalonia Villa Rosa Trapezaki

In total there are 8 Greek islands I’ve visited so far and I can assure you that for the time I had never seen a sea so beautiful and blue and intense as that of Kefalonia. That is why, leaving aside for a moment my outfits, I wanted to show you some pictures taken on the island during our wonderful week.

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands, and for this reason it was not easy to decide where to stay. Many of you asked me where we decided to stay. After much research on Wimdu, we found Villa Rosa (you can see some photos in the post) located in Trapezaki Beach (in the south of ‘island). We were fine, the owner (Pierros) is really friendly and the apartment had a beautiful view of the sea. It was an oasis of peace, as well as being in a fairly strategic position to visit the whole island.

I conclude with the 5 things you absolutely can not miss if you visit the island:
-Myrtos Beach (see previous post)
-The Mellisani cave
-The Drogarati cave
-The Lighthouse of Argostoli
-Fiscardo, The most beautiful city of the island

Also I recommend you go to the port of Argostoli at 7pm because you can be enough lucky to see turtles swimming near the shore. It happened to me and it was a beautiful experience.
